My Top 3 Digital Tools
Take a second and count how many apps you use to store digital information. Your notes app, to-do app, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, email folders, text messages, multiple photo apps.
Most people are storing information in 12 or more different digital places.
Then, when you need that PDF, document, or file, you waste 20 minutes clicking through apps trying to remember where you saved it.
I use exactly three digital tools. That's it. Everything goes into one of those three buckets.
1. Google Drive (or your cloud storage of choice)
This is my digital filing cabinet in the sky. Every file, document, and PDF lives here.
The big win? If my computer dies tomorrow, everything is still accessible from any device. And tools like Google Docs or Google Sheets let me share files with others in real time. No more emailing attachments back and forth wondering who has the most recent version.
You don't have to use Google Drive. Microsoft OneDrive works. Evernote is an option. iCloud works. Pick one and commit to it (and yes, there are more options than just these!)
2. iPhoto (or your photo storage app)
I'm an iPhone user, so iPhoto is already built in. All my photos automatically back up there.
That's it. I don't scatter photos across multiple apps or platforms. One place for all photos.
If you're an Android user, maybe that's Google Photos. Whatever works with your device. Just pick one.
3. ClickUp (or your project management tool)
This is where all my business tasks, projects, and workflows live. My team knows exactly where to go to see who's doing what and when.
For personal use, this could be Trello or even just a simple task app. The point is having one place where your to-dos and projects live instead of scattered across sticky notes, random apps, and email folders.
Stop the digital chaos
Three tools. That's all you need. Pick your cloud storage, your photo storage, and your task management tool. Then move everything into them and stop downloading new apps every time something shiny pops up.
When you can find what you need in 30 seconds instead of 20 minutes, that's time you get back for what actually matters.

3 Reasons Why Productivity Advice Never Works for Moms
Ever feel like you're failing at managing your schedule, no matter what productivity tips or hacks you try? There's a reason for that. Most productivity advice comes from people who don't manage morning chaos, carry the mental load, or deal with last-minute school emergencies.
In this video, I'm breaking down exactly why their advice fails you and what actually works instead. You'll learn the hidden math problem with "win the morning" routines that nobody talks about, why the "perfect week" planning method completely falls apart when you're the default parent, the surprising brain science that explains why women can't just "shut off notifications and focus" the way men can, and how to spot whether productivity advice will actually work for your life before wasting time trying it.

The Energy Management Secret That Feels Counterintuitive (But Actually Works)
When you're juggling a full-time job, a side business, kids, and all the little tasks that eat away your time and energy, the last thing you want to hear is advice that sounds like it adds more to your plate.
